On a family getaway and found this gorgeous store hidden away I was super excited to go in with my daughter. I absolutely loved the store store presentation 10/10. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ But customer service was 0/10 I was so disheartened by how they ignored me and daughter. I felt judged made me feel uncomfortable and I felt so unhappy but I was trying not to let it get to me for my daughter sake. The team at HGH went out of their way to help us. Jodie was extremely helpful in obtaining a pair of bedside tables for us. Very professional from start to pickup. Always find the staff very friendly and willing to assist. We are a hour and fifteen from the store but look forward to visiting and having lunch at the cafe. Great store! Thanks to all the team.
Blonde haired lady with black glasses in cafe was incredibly rude and sour. I watched her interact with many customers and she was very very rude.
Awesome selection of homewards, clothes, cook books, home decor products and books, and a great coffee shop to relax after shopping. Highly recommend even if just for a browse
