My name is zach I just went and shopped at Nordstrom rack in Millbury an I went to check out with my wife guy will rang us out stopped mind ring an answered the phone an stayed on the phone for a good 20 mins then comes back to finish an had to look up an item cause it didn’t have a label or a price on it an then answered the phone again while the other cashier was ringing people out an getting them out of the store while we waited
Horrible customer service. Wanted return an unworn jacket with receipt . Wouldn’t even give me store credit. I’m just supposed to keep something I don’t like?
