I purchased a two piece china buffet cabinet and the bottom base board part of the top cabinet is bent. The middle curves down and the sides curve up making the cabinet unstable and slides with minimal force. By far the worst customer service experience I've had! I ordered a table with a stated delivery timeframe of 2 weeks. It took 2 MONTHS!! They didn't initiate any contact with me to let me know what was going on. I had to continually call them to find out about my order and they had nothing to tell me other than it's "somewhere in shipment". Their website never updated the status of my order.
