It was amazing store with biggest collection of Sofa’s, Bed sets and all necessities of home. Staff is also very cooperative and after sales services is amazing.
The bed broke due to an issue with the pump arms, which jammed and do not close, which caused it to snap off and i contacted the store initially they said that it wasn't a mechanical issue and that it was broken by force when that wasn't the case and I invited them to come and check. Prior to contacting them I tried fixing it myself as I'm a carpenter myself but I couldn't fix it as it's a mechanical issue.
