Was abit skeptical about ordering from here. Super glad I went ahead with it. Amazing customer service. I ordered the wrong wardrobe and they was able to amend it they also gave a discount code to get some money off. Quality is really good, I did a little research before ordering and this was the cheapest place. The waredrobe is very sturdy. They also help arrange it to be built at an additional cost. Recommended this place to friends and family thanks again home furniture stop !
PLEASE AVOID THIS SITE. Check out Trust Pilot for genuine reviews - the majority of reviews on Google are fake. This company takes people's money and doesn't provide the products ordered. I'm working with my bank to try and get back £600 from this company after they didn't deliver the product and have ignored my attempts to contact them.
Dreadful experience with this company, I’ve worked in retail and I would never treat a costumer how I’ve been treated. When you spend £700 on a item and you book a day off work for arranged delivery and it doesn’t show up it’s very frustrating especially when u lose money but that didn’t just happen once it happen 3 times. The company stopped taking my phone calls and my messages of concern on WhatsApp but they simply did not comply with any communications.
