Welcomed at the door by Beula who took us to the lift chair section. I had looked on line so I specified leather. She showed us the choices and then showed me all the features of the one I liked. When I was sure of the one and was sitting in it she showed me all the buttons again and let me test them. Next she introduced me to the finance lady and I filled out the delivery papers and paid. Simple, complete service with a smile thanks Beula.
