The staff were attentive but no follow up on delivery problems.. my hardwood was damaged as the sofa was dragged in heavy plastic and not carried in place Also I just found a deep scratch and a couple of staples where they put the love seat! I’ll be discussing with head office..

Dock 82 and our family have had some strife, though this is part of a large purchase - or so we feel. In 2023, we walked in and were not able to find a couch which fit our current home - but fell in love with one titled "Jeff". We assured we would be back one day for him, that day was Nov 2024 where we finally got our couch purchased! A small hiccup did happen: Dock 82 made us an incorrect part to the sectional. I purchased here years ago without an issue. I recently bought a kitchen table. Opted to pick it up as in city delivery fee was $85. Table Top was defective. They agreed to replace. I had to insist that they deliver it as it was their issue. Four weeks later, I am still waiting after many promises it was coming. Apparently, it's sitting in their back room waiting for the delivery truck. Never again will I shop here.

April 1, 2024 I purchased a sectional they said it would be ready within 6 to 8 weeks, although it wasn’t ready until the 11th week, i was fine with that because i wanted a good quality couch, so how long it took I had no issues. I received my furniture yesterday June 15, 2024 and I have to tell you that I could not be happier with my sectional. The quality of the furniture is perfect. The stability is awesome.
