Do not use this company at all!!!!! We purchased on May 17 a custom-made pullout couch and an accent side chair with matching pillows. We were told it would take eight weeks. around the 11 week mark we told our order was finally in but when it came in it was the wrong couch it did not have a pullout and the pillows did not match. Do not even step foot into this store. I truly believe the good reviews on here are fake because the staff, Denise & Ricky are professional liars. We ordered a custom sectional on February 7th and they were so confident and happy to make a sale, that they claimed it would be ready within 5 weeks. I'm in this industry so even I knew that was a stretch. But we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went on with the order. As a job seeker, they posted on the website that they needed a sales person. I applied and interviewed with Barbara and Belinda. I have lots of customer service and sales experience and open availability.. They told me that they would get back to me but I have heard nothing from them. We bought a custom couch and we are very happy with the quality of it! Denise and Belinda were extremely helpful. They remembered me as a customer and my order, and were always willing to answer any questions. We also met the owner Ricki who was very helpful when we placed the order. Highly recommend.
Our sectional was a custom order. The ladies that helped us thru the process were excellent. Delivery was fast and courteous. Prices are exceptional, will shop here again!
