Warm & caring sales people. - was looking for a good mattress. The lady who was helping us let us look around & try mattresses out. When she saw what I liked, that felt the best for me, she showed me a mattress I hadn’t even tried because I was looking for a queen mattress. I had tried a full mattress because they didn’t have a queen in that brand, but there was a twin mattress on an adjustable frame that I didn’t even notice.
