We bought a bed from here, and it broke shortly after. Despite visiting the shop multiple times and being promised a callback, we received no follow-up. When my partner finally went in and spoke to the owner after his holiday, he was rude and unhelpful. As a disabled person, I've been forced to sleep on a mattress on the floor for months. Now, we need to quickly find a new bed with limited funds, despite already spending a lot. Worst ever experince, the owner was very rude with kids as he just pick up the stuff and he just shout on him. should know how to speak with kids or customers.
