Called them & lady stated they dont except DSS even though I work p-time which breaches the gov. Equality Act 2010.
Stupid agency. Don’t know how to deal with the customers. How to deal with a situation. Don’t think they are not experienced enough within this field.
Avoid at all costs. They will act very nice at first but will rip you off the second they get your money. They are liars and scammers who will take as much money and will to live off of you as possible. Will be reporting them. (I would give minus stars if possible)
Rude. Not helpful. We rented a property for 5 years and had continued problems. One of which was our conservictory wasn't connected properly to the wall outside so we had grass growing inside our home! We reported this many times with no help! I also had 2 babies at the time! We couldn't stay there any longer due to health concerns. The property has been let out a few times. I'm guessing others are having the same issues. Not good. One star as I wanted to comment 🤣
