Shane is thorough, efficient, follows through on what he promises and got us a great rate. Incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and helped us with choosing options. He's also a really nice guy and easy to deal with. We've had a few loans in the past, and it's very rare you meet someone who ticks all the boxes like Shane does.

Shane was absolutely amazing to deal with! He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and, most importantly, not pushy at all. Even though we weren’t working with Shane, he was still more than happy to give us advice and guidance on how we could approach our own bank and get ourselves a better rate. We took his advice, and it actually worked! We ended up getting a fantastic deal through our bank. Shane Raczkowski did an amazing job for our family. Truly doubt we would of got through without his guidance in a complex purchase involving a deceased estate. Absolute champion. Would highly recommend him and will be using him again
