I use the Oak Ridge,TN branch and Ms.Tammy and all of the other staff are so friendly and helpful. I enjoy going inside to see them beside the drive-thru.They are truly outstanding people.I love banking there!
Have been an account holder at HFB for 30 years. The ladies at the Oak Ridge Branch always address me by my first name whenever I enter the lobby and are alway pleasant and helpful.
