I've had two mortgages with HFB. Aside from their great rates and fast communication, they are a good set of folks. Their focus on relationship goes against the grain of making everything faceless and online. I love that they know my name and vice versa. For mortgages, my regards go to Charles and Susan in the Powell office. I highly recommend either.
