We had an excellant experience working with Charles Martin for our house loan. He was extremelly patient, helpful, and understanding. As we were first time house buyers, we did ask him a lot of naive questions, but he was very respectful and patient in his response. I would highly recommend working with Charles to everyone. Charles and his team were very helpful with our home loan, especially with us being first time home buyers. He sat with us and helped answer all our little questions, no matter how mundane they may have been! The communication with him and Home Federals staff was amazing as well.
