I have been a customer at HFB for over 25 years. They consistently provide excellent, friendly service. I recently moved out of state, and received a lot of help from Victoria Arwood in particular. She went above and beyond to help me finish some financial issues before my move, and followed up over the phone for the next year. Highly recommend, especially for Sevier County residents who want to work with great people.
Very kind and helpful staff. I was over charged for a service fraudulently and they recovered my money and saved my account and $400. This branch is wonderful!!! Jodi is always so helpful and kind. She's a great employee who deserves a raise in my opinion.
