This store is extraordinary! All the beauty and quality that any furniture connoisseur would love. The prices are good, keeping in mind that quality means everything when buying a furniture item, and Home Evolution’s quality is #1. Expect to pay “slightly”’more than the “less expensive” stores, but know that the quality you are getting is top notch. I love this store soooo much!
Front line rep is unable to distinguish between a customer lodging a complaint out of a frustrated situation and one actually yelling and blaming her for whatever is happening. She dropped the call on me saying I was yelling at her when in fact I was letting her know I needed to speak with someone at least because I wasn't getting any traction leaving my name and number each time I called or left a voice note. Bev was great. She had helped order us another bedroom set several months ago, and acccomodated our need for a second dresser. We recently went back and she remembered us and was able to help us order the same set for a second bedroom, without any dressers this time. Delivery was good, workers were very careful getting things downstairs, they set up the bed and put the box springs and mattress on themselves (they were leaned up against a wall). Beautiful furnitures and friendly staff. Store is maintained well
We worked with David on finding a number of items for our newly purchased home and enjoyed the experience. Good quality furniture, excellent selection at a reasonable price. This won't be the last time we purchase from Home Evolution or Bondars.
