Oscar was amazing. I got there. We took measurements. He helped me out through the whole process, and he even gave me a good deal. I would highly recommend to anybody in this area.
I bought a dresser here for my kids and I wanted to love it but the drawers are all off balanced they don't work I paid full price for it so I'm sad and a little upset . Update: the owner told me to take it back so it could be fixed. Then he called me and said it's unfixable and said he would sell me another one for $60. Why would I want to buy another dresser that's gonna be the same thing? 🤦♀️
I have 9 pieces of furniture from Home Elegance and about to add 2 more. I couldn't find what I wanted so Oscar had it custom made. I had an issue with the way something was built and he came up with a solution and got me exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond. His delivery guys are so nice and helpful. They were careful with the furniture and made sure it was placed where I needed it. Extremely fair pricing, willingness to find you exactly what you want and super nice.
