I had an amazing experience with this company, the most pleasurable one ever with this type of company. From the phone calls to pick up, everyone was extremely kind. THANK YOU Oh, minus one star because someone rambled through the glove compartment and left all of the contents in the passenger seat, smh. Returning that same energy back to your spirit. 🥰
Worst company ever on this planet. Went through my vehicle and stole money out of my wife’s purse, my sunglasses, tools and my 3 year olds tablet. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Asked to get some of my stuff back like the tablet, they told me once they take possession of your vehicle they can go through it and take whatever. Stealing from a 3 year old? And you call yourselves a company, more like thieves and crooks.
I'm a business owner and for some reason, I'm receiving many Home Detective Company customer's whose cars have been repossessed. Please make your loan companies aware of your correct address. I have received your checks, title and have had Misty come to pick them up, now I'm receiving more and more of your customers and many of them aren't nice. Please, I beg. Fix your address issue with the banks and anyone else who needs to know. Kind Regards,
