Terrible service! Returning an item is proving impossible! We purchased two sofas and a coffee table, but the quality is very poor. While we’re okay with the sofas for now as they’re just for a spare room, the coffee table needs to go. For two weeks, we’ve been trying to return it, but the seller keeps coming up with excuses, claiming their supplier has strict return policies and will charge delivery fees, admin fees, and VAT.
