My wife and I purchased two beds, and adjustable frames totaling over $3000 in 2017. Within days of installation, we noticed that the adjustable frames made very loud "clunking" sounds when one or the other person attempted to get in or out of bed. Realizing this wasnt normal, we contacted "Jackie" our salesperson, who is the daughter of the owner, and she immediately "scheduled" an inspector to look at the problem.
