I am a wood guy, and these futons now are built to last! I have to say I was surprised. The lady that helped me, explained ALL the options and benefits to each one. Picked it up and put it together with out a problem. I tried to save some money on getting a cheaper mattress, but found out you get what you pay for. I called them up and she told me to come back in with the mattress and that they would let me exchange it. It was well worth the extra money!
