I shopped at the furniture store in Fairview Heights Illinois and it was the worst experience ever. I put the furniture in layaway on April,5 2021 for my mom because they did not have it in stock. Found two chairs to match something else that I was looking for so4 great got them home
If u could rate them no stars I would. I spent over 1100.00 on a full mattress set on 3/9/21 for my daughter. On 3/8/2021 the top part of the box spring fell in. All I want is to exchange for another box spring but I was told no in store refunds or exchanges. I was told I needed to fill out a claims form. I am in my forties and I've never seen a claims form that is so difficult to fill out they offer a service for 30.00 for someone to come out and submit the claim for you.
