I purchased a couch in January it is now September with no signs of receiving the product, no refund and have been continuously lied to, do not order from here!!!! Hoping for the best and a resolution as this is absolutely infuriating and unacceptable business.
I wish I had read these reviews before I trusted Rhonda. She is a fraud!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HER. She is quick to take your money and then she drops off the face of the earth. I purchased a sleeper sofa from her and she said it would take 2 weeks I contacted her after 2 weeks but she won't answer. I have left countless messages. We bought a sectional couch this past winter from Rhonda Kirk, out has been broken since it was delivered. We have made contact with her several times with the same responses, that should would follow it or inquire. We have gotten no where. Upon purchase she said there was a 1 year warranty. Starting to think it's just a taillight warranty. Buyer beware.
It has been months since I ordered and paid for 2 chairs that did not come in. I am still waiting for my refund. I have requested the funds to be sent back to me many times and still have not received my funds back. At this point it is theft of my funds. I’ve been a longtime supporter of Home Decore and I am really disgusted at the fact that you won’t refund my money but yet still take orders from others.
