We had a wonderful experience at Home Deals! The owner Rowaid was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about his store. His enthusiam was contagious and made the whole experience so enjoyable. His enthusiasm is what convinced my boyfriend to finally buy us a sectional! But everyone was incredible! The prices are absolutely unbeatable, especially for the quality of brands they carry. If you haven't checked this place out yet, you're missing out. We'll definitely be back!
Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a speaker that was incorrectly advertised, and when I brought the issue to their attention, I was told they would have the correct replacement available by mid-week. I was given documentation stating this, yet after waiting two full weeks with no follow-up, no update, and no resolution, I’m still stuck with the wrong speaker.
