I am also having issues with this company. As I currently have a scram tether and gps tether for work release, paying $175/week and I've been on them for 2 months. The scram tether has alerted my agent on 3 separate occasions that there was a tamper, something like built up skin cells, or sock or pant leg stuck in between the device and my skin is what I've been told. This company has given me two faulty devices in a row that would ask me to retest (aka it thinks it detected alcohol) on an extremely irregular basis; at one point it was a daily occurrence for 2 weeks. I would always pass the 2nd test it requires compliant every single time, however had to deal with the anxiety of wondering whether it would again generate a false positive reading, in which I would receive a violation of Probation terms which statistically wouldn't be a matter of if, but moreso when that would happen.
