This company has given me two faulty devices in a row that would ask me to retest (aka it thinks it detected alcohol) on an extremely irregular basis; at one point it was a daily occurrence for 2 weeks. I would always pass the 2nd test it requires compliant every single time, however had to deal with the anxiety of wondering whether it would again generate a false positive reading, in which I would receive a violation of Probation terms which statistically wouldn't be a matter of if, but moreso when that would happen. My son got in trouble and yes I got his original monitor to keep him out of jail. How about months later I get a 907$ charge, bam surprise. So I call them and they say yeah your card was on his file. I never got a message , email or nothing saying they are gonna charge me, 907$ I never gave permission never signed a contract nor verbal word to charge me again. 907$ and their excuse is maybe he gave permission, maybe it was a fluke!!!!!!
