Guy at the front desk has a bad attitude, looks at you bad and looks annoyed. Not really the best experience with him he doesnt talk he just hands you the paper over and turns around no words.

I've been working with TTL since 1978, in fact, my account number is 11. Wonder who the ten accounts ahead of me are? The Cross Family have served the community with blood and sweat for many years and now include Reno besides their Truckee and No. Lake yards. From the lumber/supply yards to the design center and door shop, they are a one shop stop store. Gotta say, I do miss the days of working with Ruth for my remodel jobs, but she's retired and I don't do remodeling any longer. Keep it going TTL.
