I've been working with TTL since 1978, in fact, my account number is 11. Wonder who the ten accounts ahead of me are? The Cross Family have served the community with blood and sweat for many years and now include Reno besides their Truckee and No. Lake yards. From the lumber/supply yards to the design center and door shop, they are a one shop stop store. Gotta say, I do miss the days of working with Ruth for my remodel jobs, but she's retired and I don't do remodeling any longer. Keep it going TTL.

I have special orders from time to time and they are always on time. From contractors to homeowners, everyone’s treated with courtesy and professionalism
I would recommend coming here for your outdoor needs. These two young hispanic men Julian and Nathan were SO helpful , welcoming , respectful and truly made my experience amazing! I will definitely be coming back with my Husband. They were so quick with getting everything loaded into our truck and us out of there quickly in the heat. Amazing customer service and work from these young men.
I can't really recommend this place if you're not a contractor. You're better off going to Reno for half off their prices. There may not be much customer service at the big box stores, but there is zero here. I waited to post a review after my first few visits in case, but after multiple visits now for work and personal use, I have yet to have a good experience here. I will not be returning, I'll just stick with ACE and Home Depot.
