Where do i start with this lender. First we weren't even interested in KB as a builder, however me and my fiance came across this KB community on a great side of town. We went in and looked and found a model home the 2715 that we liked and it was pretty affordable. The worst experience I've ever been through. KB Home will give you a 3500 credit which quite honestly, I don't know if the mental exhaustion this mortgage company will put you through is worth it. During the first 3-4 months nobody will return your calls/emails then when you are in your final 2 months they will tell you, you are all set and everything is perfect until 3 days before closing they will actually look at your file which in hand will delay closing because of the incompetence of doing their job.
Después de firmar el contrato y de comenzar el proceso, la oficial de préstamo se tomó el tiempo que le dio la gana y FHA terminó negando el préstamo, luego de varios intentos se logró procesar. Muy mala comunicación nunca contestaba. Si pudiera darle calificación negativa ya la tendría.
KB home purchase in Converse, TX - 4/25 signed contract with KB Homes, 4/28 got Econsent Invitation (after bugging Home Community, serious calls/emails to send me what they are needing). 5/2 (still harassing Home Community as to what in the world they need (since 4/25 bugging), finally sent what they needed on 5/4. on 5/5 we get KB home and insurance on congrats on buying a home (news to me), called in and it's just a formality of what they send (really, all hyped up for nothing). 5/30 Home Community finally calls to wanting... read more
