Yianni provided the expertise, delivery and follow-up that is hard to find today when purchasing from "big box" stores. He delivered a complete turn key system that is functioning perfectly. Yianni is a true professional. He can guide you and be with you through every step in the home entertainment center process, from purchase through installation. In addition, he is there for you being available to answer your questions, and if and when necessary, to come out and mke necessary checks and adjustments. He is also very easy to work with. I have known and been buying from Yanni for about 5 years. HCC will match any prices you find with the big chains and the value he gives is in his service. It is personalized in a world that is moving fast. Yanni is the man who will come to set up / install /calibrate and make sure you understand everything you are working with before he leaves.
