Was in maplewood location because my refrigerator went out, walked in the store no one acknowledged me (no other customers in the store) Looked at a couple refrigerators on the floor, one stunk as soon as you opened the door, crumbs inside of it, looked at a couple couches to see if anyone of the 3 employees in there would approach me and nothing!! As a former employee of Homechoice multiple years ago i expected better customer service

I recently moved back to Minnesota from Georgia back in July. I was searching online for bedroom furniture when I remembered my sister got her furniture from home choice. So I ended up visiting the Maplewood location with no expectations going in lol... I was just looking and found the perfect bedroom set I only had to put down $200 and pay $100 every 2 weeks. About 2.5 weeks later my furniture was delivered and due to my on time payments my credit has gone up a bit as well. I'm very happy I decided to go with home choice.

I purchased a bedroom set. They delivered it and left me to figure out how to put it together. I was missing the night stand from the set, they forgot it at the store. I went to pick it up and found out I was missing the legs that go under the bed. The bed at one time broke because of the cheap material it was made out of. Told the store and they said they would replace the side rail. That took MONTHS they realized there were other missing pieces. Came out and replaced them. Kept having issues with the bed.
