I had a great experience at this store. The place is very clean and well organized, and the furniture layout is beautiful and makes it easy to look around. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful without being pushy. They really take the time to help and answer questions. The prices are reasonable and fair for the quality. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience and I would definitely recommend this store.

Let me get this correct. I am only charged for one item when I purchased two. I immediately go back into the store and alert the cashier. Instead of refunding what I purchased and then charging me for both items she just rings up the item she didnt charge me for originally. Which means I am taxed for both items. When I try to explain this I am treated rudely. When I ask for a refund I'm told I can only get store credit. Of course no manager is available when I call and there is a language barrier with the person who answers ... read more
