I am a 77 year old female pensioner living in public housing and have had the good fortune of to get a Home Package with Home Care East a year ago after a long wait .My carer was mainly Giovanna who was excellent in that she listened to me , took me shopping and did a thorough job cleaning my small unit .I am truly blessed .
Hi, my name is Joan, I just want you to know that today I had a new career and her name was Asal Shohani. She took me shopping, we a had coffee, and then brought me back home. I found her very pleasant, she made me feel very comfortable, it felt like when one of my granddaughters comes to visit. I'll be letting my Support Coordinator know that I would like to have her again on going.
Home Care Assistance has been very helpful. My carers, Asal Shohani and Annabelle Bourke are lovely and very helpful and I would always recommend this company.
