The ethos of the organisation is caring and helpful. My Care Manager is warm and efficient.The rostering team is unlike any other providers’ in terms of being responsive. And in years only one care worker was below standard. They are all lovely and helpful.

We used Homecare Assistance Eastgardens for a number of years and the carers were all exceptional caring for our mother before her recent passing. Michelle, Faye, Koula, Angela and Shan were all sympathetic and gentle to our mother's needs. Not to forget Cannan, who we hadn't seen for a while.

We feel truly supported and are very satisfied with the care provided. We would like to extend our gratitude to our regular care worker, Laura Sandoval and Marlene Tipene who does a wonderful job. I feel supported and truly appreciate her services each week — she is a great help.

I am a 77 year old female pensioner living in public housing and have had the good fortune of to get a Home Package with Home Care East a year ago after a long wait .My carer was mainly Giovanna who was excellent in that she listened to me , took me shopping and did a thorough job cleaning my small unit .I am truly blessed .
