The team at Home Care Assistance Sydney City & East are amazing. They've been so wonderful with my mum. We live interstate so its tough when we are so far away but mum care team ensure that all her needs are met. Her Care Partner Leisa is the best and her carers are incredible, making sure she gets to appointments, ensuring her home is clean and tidy, they even take her out for coffee and walks. The ethos of the organisation is caring and helpful. My Care Manager is warm and efficient.The rostering team is unlike any other providers’ in terms of being responsive. And in years only one care worker was below standard. They are all lovely and helpful.

We used Homecare Assistance Eastgardens for a number of years and the carers were all exceptional caring for our mother before her recent passing. Michelle, Faye, Koula, Angela and Shan were all sympathetic and gentle to our mother's needs. Not to forget Cannan, who we hadn't seen for a while.
