Hit and miss with pick up times. They charged me double the quote a week later which totally threw off my autodraft payments of the rest of my bills. Was never informed that you have to get yourself to their car. They wont come to your door you just have to be psychic and hope theyre on time. So not easy to schedule for appointments you have no idea how long theyre ganna take. What a hassle. We will find another service or some other way to travel. Tangie picked up my brother in a cooled clean van with soft R&B playing. Once everyone was settled she kept us cool with scented cold air that smelled yummy! She was sympathetic and made us feel special. Thank you Tangie! Booking was easy, and handling the round-trip went perfectly.
Don't believe all you hear I'm this is the worst company I have ever scene they have faulty equipment like their seatbelts don't work they have no room in the back because they drive a wheelchair plus two more seats in the back
