The absolute worst bank and employees I have ever seen or dealt with. Megan and Emma and another older woman who works there have the poorest communication skills and competency I have ever seen. The amount of accounts I have had closed due to “fraud” that wasn’t real or didn’t make any sense. Leaving me without access to my money for over 10 days and never apologizing or helping me fix it.
