I had a business account with them that was supposedly free. I did not use the account for a while because I didn't need it, probably about a year or so. Now I need the account and I couldn't log in. This has happened before, where my valid credentials did not work. Then I would have to try a password reset. Sometimes it would work and sometimes I would literally have to call someone to reset my password. Worst bank ever !! Bunch of crooks. Not concerned about the customer but only their money. Don’t do business with these crooks !!! Stay away
