I don't know how this bank is still in business. Their ATM machines are not working. Not only in one location but in multiple. The one in Covington has a broken cash dispenser. The one in Folsom is not turned on even. When you walk in any of their lobbies, you just see the awards they won. I don't know how they get awarded if they are not doing a good job.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
After two bad experiences at the Mandeville branch, this Covington branch is great. Very eager to help. Highly recommend Carrie Reynolds!
My place of employment offers an HSA and we have to go through Home Bank. I took off of work to go open the account. I was told that I had to bring home paperwork for my husband to sign in order for him to receive a debit card also. I took off of work the next day to return the form. Two months later, still no cards in the mail. I contacted the the call center and they are telling me I have to go back into the branch to receive the cards. How much time do I have to take off so that I can continue to go this branch?
I think it is pretty pathetic that a so called community bank will not sell you a cashiers check unless you are an account holder. No wonder they charge such outrageous fees to their customers. They are turning away business and stiffing you.
