Went in today because my debit card expires this month and it stopped working. Can’t scan it or use the chip. First I wait for 10 minutes before anyone even asked me what I wanted. Was one of 2 people in the bank at the time. The other person was at the teller. The banker saw me and completely ignored me. She left the lobby, came back and then left the building and never bothered to see what I wanted. The teller running the drive up FINALLY asked me what I needed (nicely) and I told her.
