Love home bank in general
Sucks for businesses. Asks for employees Social security numbers & drivers license for Business accounts. Though will do cash deposits in the night box but not during working hours. A huge disappointment in their bank!
When I first moved back here my son open up an account for my wife right before we moved here and I followed suit when I got situated ! I canceled my account because I was never able to get any first-hand information without going to the main office if you will! The people who I first spoke to were always very courteous but lack the information I was seeking ! So I canceled the account ! Always very friendly and efficient
We went into home bank to open up an account for my boyfriend and he didn’t know much of anything about the bank. we we’re asking questions to try and get the woman to explain the accounts to us and she was so short and blunt. She had no customer service or even a smile on her face. I have accounts with this bank and love the people every time until now. It was not a good experience and I hope this woman learns some customer service.
