Exceptional customer service. Dr. Beuhler is the best! Kind, friendly and professional service throughout!
Dr. B works hard to meet your needs. I presented him with a hearing aid that I damaged by trying to adjust it. He fixed it quickly and I left with it working. I also appreciate his very specific advice on living with hearing aids. He has taught me how and when to clean my ears, how to clean and maintain hearing aids and how to sync them with Bluetooth.
Clear explanation of test results; didn't feel pressured into buying a product!
Extremely knowledgeable and got an in-house demo right away. The friendly dogs are pretty awesome too.
