Easy to work with, very professional. Excellent at responding quickly as questions arise.
I put off getting hearing aids for a long time. Many people shared their stories with me of the huge cost and their lack of satisfaction. I tried two other providers before finding Home Audiology. Dr Beuhler and his staff are highly skilled and fun to work with. The cost was 1/2 of another provider and they are twice as professional as the other. I have worn my hearing aid every day since. Pleasantly surprised at just how friendly and energetic Dr. Beuhler and his assistant Jen are. Dr. Beuhler walked me through all the tests we did and broke down exactly how the process works and what the results mean. They were also very gracious about the price of treatment and genuinely care about improving their services and not just seeing their payment. Dr. Beuhler is such a great guy and it’s obvious he cares about all of his clients. He made me some custom ear plugs to fit my small ears and they are better than what I could have hoped for. Highly recommend.
