Our experience with HAS has been good. I served on our HOA board for many years and have found our rep from HAS to be responsive and competent.
I was on an HOA board that utilized HAS as the management company. They were pretty mediocre most of the time. Communication was frequently spotty, follow-up wasn't usually great, and it often felt like the board was doing a lot of the day-to-day functions that HAS should have been doing. But to their credit, HOA management is a difficult job, so I tried to cut them some slack. Our experience working with HAS has been a positive one for the past 6-7 years. We've been fortunate to work with Dylan Stang in recent years who's worked hard to keep our association on track.
