My HOA has been working with HAS for over two years now, and as of May, 2026, they have been consistently losing checks that I send in. They cash the check, but do not attribute it to my account OR they lose the check, tell me to stop payment on my check (which incurs a fee with the bank), and then two days later, find the check! Then after I tell them I've incurred a stop payment fee from the bank based on their advice, they say, "That's frustrating." No kidding! Zach should be fired he is a fraud. He called me June 20 to get my address to send my check out and now he saying he can’t send the check out until Doug is in the office. Not for sure how Doug hasn’t been in the office for three weeks. This is crazy.
This company is a joke. While they will answer their phone, good luck getting any information from them. Numerous follow ups over the last several weeks and I can't get a simple answer.
