My house was completely destroyed by my upstairs toilet which overflowed down to my dining room ceiling that destroyed everything! Both of my upstairs bathroom floors were completely destroyed as well. I contacted my insurance company at the time who proceeded to tell me that it was my HOA’s responsibility. Home and Business Public adjusters are the Best! I have been in the Property Investment Business for over 25 years and have had my share of claims from fire's, water losses, smoke damage and vandalism. I have used other public adjusters before finding HAB and found that their fee's were much higher and they missed things that cost us money. Having something happen to your most valuable asset is very stressful you don't need to do it on your own call HAB and they will handle it all for you this is all they do.
