My house was completely destroyed by my upstairs toilet which overflowed down to my dining room ceiling that destroyed everything! Both of my upstairs bathroom floors were completely destroyed as well. I contacted my insurance company at the time who proceeded to tell me that it was my HOA’s responsibility.
