After sending in all documents ..got pre approved ...did inspection..paid for appraisal twice ...all to be denied by underwriter. We did everything that we were told when it came to credit . When it came to two days till closing they denied us and the people I was working with gave us false hope. If you're willing to throw money away and get denied then this is the company for you .
