Julie was very helpful. She listened to our needs and took us to the furniture we wanted. She let us make our own decision and didn’t try to oversell one piece over another. I recommend Julie for all your furniture needs.
I leave a one star because I'm happy with the lamp and the rug that I purchased. Including pricing. However, the staff in this this Eau Claire store are reprehensible. You have to seek out someone to help you. Even though there were plenty around and no one else in the store. When finally got someone to help us, that person was not willing to assist with getting the rug down and suggested we come back another day. There is nothing that can compare to going into a furniture store and sitting on all of the chairs and sofas, touching all of the fabrics and building the piece or pieces that are right for your body and your space. Jody was wonderful to work with. She made sure every detail was 100% correct. She let us lead the conversation and was always willing to dive in and offer tips. We are so excited for our new furniture!
