I was having some support issues with my five year-old flex steel recliner. I spoke with Tom at the store in Eau Claire about the issues I was having and he was great about helping me with options. Gave me the customer service number. I set up an appointment. Eric came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed it for me. He was friendly, courteous, and very good at his job!
