Charles Mader was very pleasant to work with as we shopped for a new powered recliner. He gave us just the right amount of space to do our own thing in testing out the variety of chairs, and he was available to answer the questions we had. He was also able to clarify the pricing questions we had relative to the HOM website price listings and the Labor Day sale discounts. It all added up correctly .
