We’ve always had great experiences in the store and with the associates, but, lately, our furniture has been arriving damaged. Had the same mirror delivered twice and both times the wood was chipped. Now we just got a nursery glider, and the wood is cracked and the chair is leaning to one side. Hom has been great with working with us to get these things fixed, but these issues make me hesitant to shop there anymore.
Was very impressed with the friendliness and how helpful Mary was without being pushy!
Wonderful selection of furniture, salesman very helpful too.
