Eric was great, he I stood what I wanted, wasn’t pushy, helpful and friendly. We’ve furnished 2 homes with HOM, never had a bad experience.
It was such a pleasure working with George Berndt at the HOM furniture store in Brooklyn Center. He was patient and helpful throughout our process and went above and beyond to find us the perfect carpeting. He also worked hard to arrange a measure date and an installation date that was convenient. Besides carpeting, he's an expert on mattresses and furniture -- and solutions-oriented in all areas of sales. We appreciated George's expertise (and sense of humor) and highly recommend him to other shoppers. We will be back!

Garrett was extremely helpful-- asked me questions about what I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction for each thing, looked up prices/available colors, etc, and didn't get impatient with my indecisiveness but let me work at my own pace while remaining available for questions. I would recommend working with him again. Good selection of many types of furniture at this location also.
