This was my 1st time shopping at the HOM Furniture store so I felt a bit lost as the store is very large. Salesperson Stacey Smith greeted me and was very friendly and extremely helpful in my search for a new recliner. She explained the store layout and then let me browse on my own. She was quickly available when I had questions. Very important to me is the fact that I not once felt any sales pressure whatsoever! Good job Stacey, Thankyou!
The staff here is awesome! we have purchased several pieces of furniture from here and they are always extremely helpful! We have had a few problems with a couple of chairs we purchased and we received a full refund for our trouble. We took that refund and immediately baught a new sofa. So greatfull for all of the help from the staff!
During this pandemic all staff members wore masks, they had hand sanitizer at the door, social distancing markers, and a touch free checkout. Because of this I purchased from them. Plus their staff is extremely friendly including for home delivery which was free. The men even carried it into the house wearing masks even though It was supposed to be curbside drop off.
