So awful. This is a great bank if you prefer to do everything in person, because they are very inefficient over the phone, email, or technology.
Went out of my way to this bank which states on THEIR website closes at 400 pm I show up at 340 and they have no one inside the bank and THE DOORS ARE LOCK......this is insane....which I could work at a place that I could lock the doors and close whenever I want....tried calling and they hang up on me once I state the reason for my call AND credit unions are suppose to be the best bank to get into....yup my bank triangle credit union in Manchester BLOWS this credit union out of the water.
