You're me website has cost me so much money in late fees and I've called at least a half dozen times to try to resolve the issue, I've followed all the advice and directions of your employees and I'm still incurring late charges. No manager ever calls me back and I'm always told the same thing. "Oh we're sorry, we only reverse one charge per year". Worst customer service ever. Slowest drive thru in the history of the world . Completely not convenient for the customers at all . Been like this for months and still slow . It’s obviously a problem . So fix it !
I have had an account for 10 years and now for the 7th time they have processed another members payments through my account which on multiple occasions has resulted in my account being overdrawn. This most recent incident they put through a payment to state farm auto insurance for $361.32 I do not now nor have I ever had state farm in fact I don't own a car or have a driver's license. previously 3 years in a row they processed someone else's AAA membership through my account, again I don't own a car or have a driver's licens... read more

This is by far one of the best banks I have every worked with. I hold a car loan with them and they are very personable, quick to respond and work with you in any way they can. I used to process home loans at a title company and I always tell homebuyers to use HRCU. As a processor, the paperwork I received from them was extremely accurate, prompt and I got the same personable response from them during the process. They are on top of their game.
I have been banking with HRCU for almost a decade. My daughter does her banking there as well. We love the staff at our local branch (Brock St.) and we love the M3 Money Club for kids. Thank you HRCU!
