My aunt stayed here a few months ago. At first, when they had several beds available, Mia had presented a reassuring, and pleasant environment, with proper care. Eventually the place degraded to be in complete disarray. Once a few beds/rooms got filled, the house would often become super sloppy and dirty, her management skills and attention detail seemed to fall off a cliff. My mom was a resident 81 with stage 5 cancer. First they barely pay attention when it’s empty there. Mom got upset & wanted to go home 1 night because it was noisy. We were never told if she spent the night out she could not return. Mind you she has spent the night out before. After 5 hours home she already wanted to return and apologized to Mia 3 times.
