Poorly assembled. The front sliding door of our Holy Funk TV unit doesn't sit in the top railing. We only noticed eventually because the door started getting marks from running along the screw on the door in front of it. There's not a way for me to fix this unless I disassemble the doors and drill new holes myself. Water spots on the staining. The staining of the unit came with water spots on the top. I'm not a perfectionist about this stuff but it was very clearly not protected well enough during the staining process.
Jordan & the holy funk team helped make furnishing our new home so enjoyable and reassuring - moving intestate is a slog, but they offered top notch communication that helped orchestrate the dispatch of our items to arrive perfectly at our doorstep on the day we needed. So refreshing to have customer service this helpful. Our pieces are amazing and our home looks perfectly funky.
I have just bought my second item from Holy Funk so happy with it. The Stefan Entertainment Unit - it has exceeded my expectation - as its always a little worrying buying online. Jordan was so helpful, great communication and worked the shipping around when I would be home. Delivery to Brisbane was so cheap. Beautiful quality and ease of assembly was amazing (only two legs to screw in). Will definitely be purchasing from them again!!! I already have in mind what I want next.
I highly recommend Holy Funk. I purchased a Jonah Bed Frame with Iris bedside tables. Jordan was very easy to deal with and extraordinarily helpful with the delivery logistics to get the items sent to my home. The customer service was second to none. Impressive purchase!! The desk is one the best pieces of furniture I have purchased. It is the perfect match for my study. The desk is of exceptional quality. The woodgrain finish adds to the aesthetic of this piece and highlights the value of a natural product.
