Families BEWARE. I was an employee at this facility for 19 months and had moved my mother in for the last 12 months. This facility is AWFUL! They are on their 3rd Provisional License. The most current violation report is 69 pages!! You can find it on the PA Dept of Human Services website. One time my mother was not showered for 14 days! And I worked there!
